Emergencies
Severe pain, swelling, trauma or a broken tooth: Sophie marks the request as urgent and alerts you straight away. If the person struggles to breathe or is bleeding heavily, she tells them to call 112.
What she never does
Sophie gives no medical opinion, never interprets symptoms and never talks about another patient.
Sample call
Caller: Hello, I broke a tooth this morning and it really hurts.
Sophie: I'm sorry to hear that. This is Sophie, the practice's AI assistant, and this call is recorded. I'm marking your request as urgent. Could I have your name and date of birth?
Caller: Sarah Collins, 12 March 1985.
Sophie: Thank you. The practice will call you back this morning to find you a slot today. What's your number?
How it works
- A 30-minute chat to set your hours, rules, emergencies and the questions to ask.
- Sophie is set up, usually within 48 hours. You try her through a link before switching her on.
- You turn on call forwarding (busy, no answer or after hours) to her +352 number. Your number stays the same.
- After every call you get an email with the name, number, request and urgency.
Fixed price, no lock-in
- Phone: €149 per month, 300 call minutes included, dedicated +352 number
- Phone + Email: €249 per month, 600 minutes, calls and emails in one place
- Email only: €79 per month, sorting of your general inbox
- Larger companies and multiple sites: on quote, from €490 per month
Extra minute: €0.20. Cancel any month: switch off call forwarding and everything is as before.
Honest: Sophie says she is an AI
In her very first sentence, Sophie says she is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. She never pretends to be a person, gives no medical, legal or technical advice and takes no payments or bank details. When she isn't sure, she doesn't guess: she takes a message or offers to transfer the call.
Frequently asked questions
- Can Sophie fill the practice's diary?

- Do I need to change my phone number?
- No. You keep your number and simply forward calls to Sophie, for example when the line is busy or nobody picks up.
- Which languages does Sophie speak?
- English, French, German and Portuguese. She answers in the caller's language, without them pressing any key.
- How much does Sophie cost?
- €149 per month with 300 call minutes, €249 with emails and 600 minutes, no lock-in. Each extra minute costs €0.20.
